Höflehner soft cancellation campaign
We want you to be able to plan your holiday flexibly. That's why we have changed our cancellation conditions for you: If you cancel your trip 3 months before the date of arrival, you will not incur any costs. If you take out travel cancellation insurance with us, you will also get your money back if you fall ill or have to cancel at short notice for any other reason.
Prices & conditions
The prices we quote include the following services: Rent or extended half board, all extras listed, all fees and taxes except the overnight stay tax (€ 2.50 per person per night, from 15 years).
The following VAT rates will be charged:
- 20% for massages and treatments
- 10% for accommodation and meals

How can I pay with you?
We accept all major debit cards, VISA and Master Card, as well as cash payment. -
What are the cancellation conditions?
A cancellation period of 6 weeks applies for the winter season and 2 weeks for the summer season.
For cancellations subject to a charge, our familiar hotel contract conditions apply.
It is best to take out travel insurance, our reservations department will be happy to provide you with more information. -
Will I get my deposit back in the event of cancellation?
In the event of cancellation, we will convert your deposit into an unlimited value voucher that can be redeemed at a new desired date. The deposit can also be refunded on express request. The processing fee is EUR 30.00. Can I take out travel insurance directly through the hotel?
We co-operate with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can take out travel insurance online via our homepage, or you can contact us and we will arrange everything for your travel insurance.

In the event of cancellation, we will convert your deposit into a voucher that can be redeemed at a new desired date. For a refund of the deposit, EUR 30,- will be charged for processing.
Your stay
Arrival
- Booked flats are available from 15:00. If you arrive in the morning, we will be happy to make our changing room available to you. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room of the Natur- und Wellnesshotel Höflehner (check-in location) and use our wellness area for an extra charge of € 25.00 per person. If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know by telephone.
Flats
- All flats are non-smoking flats. The wellness area is also a non-smoking area. However, you will find a cosy smokers' lounge right next to our house bar "The Alchemist". Pets are not allowed.
Included wellness treatments
- Our Premium Alpin SPA team will book your appointments for the wellness treatments included in the booked package for you in advance. For discounted wellness treatments from packages, appointments are available between 8:00 and 15:00. You are welcome to contact us in advance to let us know your preferred time. If you do not contact us in advance regarding an appointment, you will receive the appointment for your treatment from our reception staff on your arrival. The wellness treatments included cannot be exchanged for other treatments or refunded. Unused treatments cannot be postponed and expire on your departure. In order to optimise our appointment calendar, we ask you to let us know 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Departure
- On departure, the flat is available until 11:00 am. You are also welcome to use the wellness area after check-out. Our changing room with lockers, shower and hairdryer is at your disposal. We charge € 25.00 per person for your SPA enjoyment on the day of departure.
